All sessions will last around 1 hour and timings are approximate (sessions times will be allocated nearer the date). We will accommodate those booking multiple classes with appropriate session times.

No horses to be left tied up and unattended
It would be greatly appreciated if you would clear all hay and droppings from Plumpton College car park before leaving
Dogs to be kept on leads at all times

Rules & Conditions of Entry
The organiser of the show is the committee of West End Riding Club.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for any accident however caused to competitors, spectators, animals, vehicles and/or property.
It is a condition of entry that competitors agree to indemnify the Organisers and officials against any legal proceeding arising from an accident.
It is a condition of entry that competitors are either a member of a BHS affiliated Riding Club, The Pony Club or other equestrian organisation providing them with public liability insurance, or that their horse has public liability insurance cover.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel any class or event, divide any class, alter any advertised times and refuse entry with or without stated reason.
The judges decision is final.
Correct riding attire must be worn. Hard hats must comply with VG1 or PAS015 and must be worn correctly fastened at all times when mounted.
Horses must be 4 years and over.
Objections must be made in writing to the secretary within 30 minutes of the finish of the disputed class together with a £10 deposit, which will be refunded if the objection is upheld.
Entry fees are non refundable after close of entries unless a medical or veterinary certificate is supplied. In case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions the organisers reserve the right to retain up to 25% of prepaid entries.
No entries will be accepted without the appropriate fee. No telephone entries.
Late entries will only be taken if space permits.
The organisers reserve the right to expel any competitor or their associates from the show if found to be conducting themselves in a dangerous or offensive manner.
